Goodbye Adelaide Philharmonia Chorus. Went for practice today, not to sing but just to say bye bye and return all the scores..kinda sad, but i guess it had to be done. And Tim, the director was so nice to actually encourage me to come back whenever i felt that i could cope with an extra responsibility and commitment. Is he nice or is he nice?? soo nice ya? just hope i dun have to go through another auditon..*shivers*

This is what i love about the APC:
1. They're so professional and mature. No play play nonsense all.
2. They are great singers!!! Wonderful vocal skills.
3. They sing classical music. Puccini, Handel and the list goes on..
4. Extremely challenging. The songs really challenge ur vocals and music skills.
5. Great opportunity to improve my music knowledge and sight reading skills.They can simply sight sing 4 parts in one attempt. Fabulous?

Reminds me of beloved Operafest a long long time ago.

i really do hope i will get to sing with the APC again, coz i really really love choral singing, and getting a chance to sing with such a prestigious choir was really exciting. But well, i'm here to study, and that's obviously my priority. And if i'm serious about looking for a part time job, i can't exactly sing with this choir anymore.. coz of time clashes and bla bla bla.. Plus i wanted to serve in the church choir as well. Exciting too, but sadly they do contemporary style of singing, but i'm more of a choral singer..but i'm gonna try it out anyway, learn something new i guess..so yea, i'll just study well now, and hopefully in future i will get to sing in another great great choir.

Farewell APC!! I'll miss u for sure! = (
